What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club credit cards. We accept cash and in state checks in person. Contact us about setting up a business house account.

What is your delivery charge?

Our delivery charge for local deliveries in the U.S. is 9.95. Our wire service fee for all non-local deliveries is 9.95. To wire orders internationally our charge is $15.95. To get prices of a specific arrangement, please contact us. See our delivery area for details.

What is the earliest you can deliver?

We deliver every day except Sunday and major Federal holidays. We can deliver the same day if the order is placed before 2:00. International orders may take 3-5 business days to deliver. Call for details or see our delivery policy.

When do you deliver?

We wire flowers to anywhere in the world! Locally, we deliver to most of Central Florida. See our delivery area for details.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We can delivery anywhere in the world. Our service charge is just $15.95 for sending internationally, compared to $25+ at other flower shops.

We can deliver to most countries by the next day, and to many countries in Central and South America that same day. Some countries may take 3-5 business days to deliver to.

What do the rose colors mean?

We encourage people to select the rose color they find most appealing. However, below you will find the traditional meanings associated with some rose colors.

What is your substitution policy?

We try our hardest to fill your order exactly as it's pictured. However, at times we may need to substitute a similar container or flower to meet the delivery date. Please see our substitution policy for details.

Which rose colors are available?

Our most popular rose colors are red, pink, white and yellow. Medium stem lavender roses are often available. Other unusual colors including, but not limited to peach, orange and two-toned roses may also be available.

Funeral Information

Should I send my arrangement to the service or the home?

The choice is entirely personal. Plants and dish gardens can easily be sent to either the service or the home and are typically brought from the service to the home. Large funeral baskets and standing sprays are typical funeral home arrangements, while smaller vased arrangements are generally sent to the home.

What are the common products to send to a funeral?

The most common product to send is a funeral basket, which is a large arrangement done in a fan shape. They are typically placed next to the casket on an altar. Also common are standing sprays, dish gardens, and peace lily plants.

When will my order be delivered to a funeral?

We always call the funeral home to arrange the best delivery time. Most funeral homes do not have a cooler for arrangement so we want to deliver the product as late as possible, yet early enough that they are in place for the service.
